A great site I have been using lately is vibby which can be found here. It is a site where you can clip pieces of YouTube videos and store them on your own profile page. The Service allows “Vibbers” to create highlights and mashup reels called “vibs” from their favorite online video platforms by linking to different time signatures in one or more source videos using the public APIs of the applicable Video Platforms or public-facing video files. The Service does not reproduce a Source Video at any time so the Service is reliant upon access to Videos on Video Platforms, and as such they cannot guarantee continued access to any vibs. But it certainly is a great place to clip YouTube videos.
